Before you call

Do you manufacture on site or resell imported stock?

Everything on this site — flashing, VELUX base kits, battens and packed screws — is manufactured or packed at our own Wollongong facility. We're not a reseller waiting on overseas shipments.

What's your turnaround on custom flashing?

Standard Colorbond® flashing profiles are cut and folded within 24 hours of your order. Non-standard profiles may take longer — call and we'll confirm on the spot.

Do you sell to homeowners, or trade only?

Both. Roofers and builders get trade pricing and dedicated support; homeowners can buy VELUX kits, battens and screws directly, over the counter or by phone order.

Can I pick up from Wollongong, or do you ship?

Both — pickup is available from 56 Montague Street, North Wollongong, and we dispatch Australia-wide.
